The circular issued by MCA has brought in certain changes in the Name availability guidelines 2011 through STP mode.
They have stipulated that if any two words proposed in the name is similar with an existing name, then the application will be processed in the non STP mode.
This is quite difficult to meet the requirement as the two words are very common in the names.
also, if the name resembles with any trade mark.
