The founder of the blog is
enrolled as Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and
Institute of Cost Accountant of India (ICAI), M.Com from Kurukshetra
University, Kurukshetra, LLB from Rajasthan University, Jaipur, PG diploma in
Securities & Banking form Indian Law Institute, Delhi, Diploma in
Intellectual Property Rights, and has an experience of 15 years in almost
every aspects of Legal, Secretarial, financial, accounting, auditing, costing,
taxation, business consultancy etc., and providing services to the wide
spectrum of clientele of the firm.
During his eight years of
experience, he has worked with SOMIC ZF Components Ltd., ( A Japanese &
German joint venture Company), Samsung C&T Corporation ( Samsung Group
Company), Jindal Steel & Power Limited, Housing & Urban Development
Corporation Ltd.( a Mini Ratna PSU Company)
and has handled various kinds of issues and dealt with SEBI, Stock
Exchange(s), ROC, RBI, FIPB etc. Headed the Legal & Secretarial Department
of Company, ensured compliances for Listed and Unlisted companies and has
handled, Conduct of Internal, Advised on setting up of subsidiaries in India,
and setting up of joint ventures/subsidiaries abroad.
He is an expert in Drafting
and Vetting of Memorandum of Understanding, Promoters Agreement, Shareholders
Agreement and Commercial Agreements. He has also been involved in Labor Law
matters and Industrial relation rules.
