DRAFT GIFT DEED

This deed of Gift is made in this ……day, 2012 between ABC….S/o XYZ………… Resident of …………………………… (Hereinafter called the Donor) on the one part and PQR………………S/o ZYT……………..Resident of …………………………….. (Hereinafter called the Donee) on the other post.

Whereas the Donor is absolute owner in the possession of the lands, tenements, hereditaments and building hereinafter mentioned in the schedule hereto, situated in Delhi of the value of Rs. 100000/- ( One Lacs) only.

Whereas the said done is the donor’s brother in law having lived with the donor since the age of 5 years, the said donor has great love and affection for the said done and is desirous out of such natural love and affection to disposing off the said lands, tenements hereditaments and building in the manner hereinafter mentioned.

Now, this deed of gift witness that in pursuance of the above stated intention and in consideration of natural love and affection which the donor has for the said done, the donor out of his own free will without coercion, undue influence, fraud, misrepresentation from anybody whatsoever, and  in free senses does hereby give, convey, grant, transfer and confirm unto the said done all the land, tenements, hereditaments and building and all profits, advantages and rights and all their appurtenances whatsoever to the use of said done for ever and absolutely.

And the said  donee may from time to time and at all times hereafter peaceably and quietly enter upon, have, hold, occupy, possess and enjoy the property hereby gifted and receive and take the rents and profits thereof without any hindrance whatsoever from or by the said donor or by the person claiming from him.

In witness whereof the said donor has hereto set and subscriber his signature and delivered in the presence of the witness on the day and year mentioned above.
